HOTEL REGULATIONS
- Hotel room is rented for hotel days.
- The hotel day lasts from 14.00 to 12.00.
- If the guest does not define the length of stay, renting a room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
- A request to extend the hotel day should be reported to the reception as soon as possible. The hotel may not take into account the wish to extend your stay if you use all the beds (rooms)will be used or in the case of guests who do not comply with the applicable regulations.
- To cancel or change a reservation, please contact the reservation department at the following e-mail address: hotelkrystyna@hotelkrystyna.pl or by phone: 89 624 21 69.
- The reservation can be canceled free of charge until 18:00 on the day before arrival. In case of cancellation after this date or failure to show up at the facility on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 100% of the total value of the booked stay.
- The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In the case of reservations regarding the quality of services, please report them to the reception as soon as possible, which will allow us to react immediately.
- The hotel is required to provide:
- conditions for a complete and unhampered guest's rest,
- security of stay, including keeping the secret of information about the guest,
- professional and courteous service,
- cleaning the room and carrying out necessary repairs of the devices while the guest is absent, and in case of his presence only if he agrees and wishes,
- if possible, another room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience when the room faults can not be removed. - At the guest's request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge:
- providing information related to stay and travel,
- wake up at a specified time,
- storage of valuable money and items during the guest's stay at the hotel,
- storage of the luggage of guests registered at the hotel. - The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept a hotel deposit of high-value items, substantial sums of money, security-threatening items and bulky items that can not be placed on deposit.
- The hotel accepts the presence of animals. Pets may stay at the hotel for an additional fee, however the owner of the animal is obliged to keep it in such a way that it does not pose a threat to other guests and staff.
- Children under the age of 13 should be in the hotel under the constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially liable for any damage caused as a result of children's actions.
- The hotel is liable for loss or damage of things brought by people using its services to the extent specified by the provisions of the Civil Code.
- The guest should notify the hotel reception about the occurrence of damage immediately after its detection.
- The hotel's liability for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception.
- The hotel is not responsible for damage and loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it and live animals, regardless of whether these vehicles were parked in the hotel car park or outside the hotel premises.
- The hotel guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the hotel caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
- Each time leaving the room, the guest should check the closing of the doors and windows and leave the key at the reception.
- The hotel guest can not transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which he paid the fee is not expired.
- Persons not registered at the hotel may stay in the hotel room from 7.00 to 22.00
- The hotel requires keeping quiet at night from 22.00 to 7.00
- Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use in the rooms heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that do not belong to the hotel room.
- The hotel may refuse to accept a guest who during the previous stay grossly violated the hotel regulations causing damage to hotel property or guests or damage to the guest, hotel staff or other people staying in the hotel or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of the guests or the hotel.
- Personal belongings left by a visiting guest in a hotel room will be sent to the address indicated by the guest. If you do not receive such an instruction, the hotel will store these items for a period of 2 months.
- In the hotel and its immediate surroundings, smoking is strictly forbidden except for designated places designated for this purpose.
- Monitoring is being carried out in the Hotel Krystyna in order to ensure safety and order, and to protect people and property.
